Ferrari SF90 Stradale

 Recently, automobile Ferrari revealed it's new flagship car, the Ferrari SF90 Stradale. It is a plug-in hybrid electric sport car that shares it's name with the SF90 Formula one car. The 90 in the SF90 actually stands for the 90th anniversary of the Scuderia Ferrari racing team and that where the SF comes from.

Performance

This car is powered by a 4.0 Litre twin turbo-charged Ferrari V8. It also packs 3 electric motors which one is mounted in the transmission and the last two in the front wheel. From the 3 motors, 217 horsepower is pumped out and then from the engine 769 horsepower is pumped out. The total output is 986 horsepower. The car also does 0-100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. The car Will eventually top out at 340 km/h (211 mph). The stradale offers 26 km on electric power alone. The car cost $ 625 000.

Basic History

Automobile Ferrari was founded non other than Enzo Ferrari.

Enzo was born from Modena Italy. Youth Ferrari had a handful obligations during his youth mostly because he was striving in the era of the second world war. He lost his father and brother during the Italian flue. He joined the Italian army and later then he went on to be a test driver for a car manufacturer called CMN. He came in at 9th place during the 1919 race at Targa Florio.

In 1920, He worked for alpa Romeo as a driver and won the Circuit of Ravenna. He later then moved on to assembling an assistant team for alpa Romeo called the Scuderia Ferrari ( a name given to the SF90).

In 1960 to 1965, Enzo Ferrari won 5  La Man races in a row in five years. Ferrari was named the king of formula one due to its outstanding performance. Ferrari experienced economic turmoil and he sold portion of his company to Fiat. This events comes shortly after he rejected an  18 million dollar deal from Ford.

Currently, Ferrari is inspired by the Formula one performance and today that history stills lives on in beast like the Ferrari 458, Ferrari LaFerrari and the Ferrari F8 tribute. The SF90 is the successor to these legendary beast.
